What's the toughest job of a teacher?

No job is ever easy. Most often than not, jobs pose some degree of challenge to the worker. It is now the worker's decision to be tougher than the toughest challenge on the job.. As the saying goes, "When the going gets tough, the tough gets going!". So if you are a teacher like the participant, can you tell us what's the toughest job of a teacher?
